      Kubicle's Assignment Capability, Supported by Real-Time AI-Driven Feedback

      Introduction

      Welcome to the new Assignments feature in the Kubicle app! As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your learning experience, we have introduced Assignments within Projects. This guide provides a high-level overview of how Assignments work, how you can submit your work, and tips for troubleshooting common issues.

      How Assignments Work

      Assignments are designed to give you hands-on experience with real-time AI-driven feedback. This feature allows you to apply the concepts learned in courses and receive instant grading to improve your skills effectively.

      • Instant Feedback: Once you submit your work, our AI technology evaluates it against the pass criteria. You’ll receive immediate feedback on your submission.

      • Resubmission Opportunity: If your work doesn’t meet the pass criteria, you can refine your submission and resubmit. This iterative process is crucial for learning and mastering the material.

      How to Submit Your Work

      You can submit your work through two main methods within the Assignments step of a Project:

      1. File Upload:

        • Navigate to the assignment step in your project.

        • Click on the file upload area to select a file from your computer.

        • Ensure your file meets the following requirements:

          • File Size: Must be within the specified size limit.

          • File Type: Must match the allowed types (e.g., .docx, .pdf, .pptx).

          • A screenshot of the file uploader specifications is included below for your reference.

      1. Text Editor Submission:

        1. If your assignment requires text input, you will use the integrated WYSIWYG editor.

        2. Type your text directly into the editor. You can format your submission using the provided text editing tools to enhance readability

       


      Common Troubleshooting Tips

      If you encounter issues during your submission, here are some tips to help you resolve them:

      • File Not Selectable: If you cannot select a file, ensure it is not password-protected, within the size limit, and of the correct file type as specified in the uploader.

      • AI Service Downtime: If our AI grading service is down, please wait and try submitting your work again later. We aim to minimize downtime and appreciate your patience.

      • Technical Issues: Ensure your internet connection is stable during submission to avoid disruptions.
