Adjusting your email preferences, including what emails to receive and when.
Overview
You can update your email preferences to control which emails you receive from Kubicle, as well as when you receive them. The options available to you will vary depending on your user type. You can by navigate to your email preferences by navigating to Profile Drop-Down > Email Preferences.
Setting Your Timezone
If you'd like to ensure that you are receiving notifications and reports at times that are correct for your location, you can specify your timezone from this screen. Please note that your timezone will be automatically set based on your IP address when you activate your Kubicle account.
Email Types
Organization and Learning Group Administrators
Automated Reports
Automated reports contain high level metrics about your organization, along with an attached spreadsheet containing more detailed data. They reflect the results that can be viewed on your organization dashboard. You can select the frequency at which you receive these emails:

Licence Limit Alerts
License limit alerts notify you directly when a user tries to sign up to a Learning Group that has no licences remaining. These alerts activated by default and can be deactivated by deselecting the relevant box.
Announcements
Announcement emails periodically report on content and platform functionality that Kubicle has recently released. These alerts activated by default and can be deactivated by deselecting the relevant box.
Learning Group Progress Reports
It is possible for Learning Group Administrators to subscribe to progress reports for specific Learning Groups. Learning Group Administrators can select the frequency at which you receive these emails:

This configuration is not available as standard for Organization Administrators. If you are are an Organization Administrator and are interested in these reports, please contact customersuccess@kubicle.com. Once you have been subscribed to the requested Learning Group reports, you will be able to select the frequency at which you receive these emails.
Learners
Announcements
Announcement emails periodically report on content and platform functionality that Kubicle has recently released. These alerts activated by default and can be deactivated by deselecting the relevant box.
Unsubscribe from All Alerts
Learners can select this checkbox to unsubscribe from all automated reminders and announcements.
