Our video player is powered by Wistia and supports the most common web browsers and operating systems out of the box. It should play smoothly on Mac OS, Windows, Linux and many mobile and tablet operating systems.
Our Wistia player defaults to HTML5 video so keeping your browser up to date will ensure a great experience when using the Kubicle. If you're using an older browser that doesn't support HTML5 video you will need to have Adobe Flash installed.
The most common problem users have with our video player is that videos don't appear on older Windows machines. This can be solved by simply installing Adobe Flash. You can download it here.
If downloading flash doesn't fix your problems there may be another cause.
Try a different browser. If you're using Internet Explorer try Google Chrome.
Report the Issue to Wistia and Kubicle Support
If none of the steps above resolve your issues please contact support (email@example.com). You can help us report issues to our video provider by right clicking on the video and selecting 'Report a problem'.
One way to ensure our support team can diagnose your issue effectively is to provide them with details of your web browser along with any listed errors from your browser's console.
To find out what browser and version you're using, simply follow this link: http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and report the name and version to our support team (i.e. Chrome 11, Internet Explorer 9 etc).
You can open your browser console by pressing:
- Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Option + J for Mac) in Google Chrome
- F12 for Internet Explorer
- Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Shift + J for Mac) in Firefox.
Copy the errors you see in the console and please include them in your support request.
Ensure that Kubicle's Videos are not Blocked
Occasionally an organisation may be unable to access the Kubicle's video content if our video provider has been blacklisted in your organisations firewall. In that situation, please contact your IT team and ask them to whitelist the following domains:
