How to Download Your Certificates or Diplomas

Which activities award a certificate?

You receive a certificate for each eligible course or project you complete, and a diploma when you complete a full diploma programme. Virtual classroom sessions do not award a certificate, so they will not appear on your Achievements page.

If you think a certificate is missing, compare your Achievements page with the courses and projects you have completed (not the virtual sessions), then raise a ticket listing any that are missing.

Certificates and diplomas from earlier years

We recommend downloading every certificate and diploma as soon as you earn it. Under our data retention process, older semesters are removed after a period, so certificates from them may no longer show on your Achievements page. A PDF copy was emailed to you when each one was issued, so check your inbox for it.

Modules you completed before stay on your account. If a new diploma covers those modules, it is issued to you automatically.

If you have left your organisation

Your Kubicle account belongs to your organisation's licence, so you may lose access when you leave. If you need your certificates, raise a ticket from a personal email address. We will verify your details and send your certificates to you.

For administrators

If you manage a learning group and need a learner's certificates, raise a ticket with the learner's name and the courses concerned.
