Understanding Exam Settings for Your Organization

At Kubicle, our platform is designed to be flexible to meet the unique training needs of different companies. While all Kubicle courses include end-of-course exams to validate skills, exam completion requirements may vary depending on your organization configuration.

Why Exam Access Varies

Your learning path is determined by the specific settings managed by your employer or program administrator. Depending on how your account is configured, your progress is tracked in one of two ways:

  • Standard Exam:  Most learners complete a series of lessons followed by a final assessment to earn their certificate. Note: Exams are an excellent way to check your knowledge and ensure you have fully grasped the key concepts in the topic.

  • Completion-Based: Some organizations prioritize engagement and "learning-by-doing." In these cases, exams are disabled for your specific profile. Your progress is measured by your interaction with the video lessons and the completion of the associated exercises rather than a test score.

How to Track Your Progress

If your organization has opted for a configuration where exams are not required, you do not need to pass a final test to reach "Complete" status. To ensure your dashboard reflects your hard work:

  1. View All Content: Ensure every video lesson in the course has been watched in full.

  2. Engage with Exercises: Download and work through the Excel, Power BI, or Python files provided in the resources section to ensure you've mastered the practical elements.

  3. Check Your Dashboard: Once the system registers that all modules have been viewed and resources accessed, the course will automatically move to your "Completed" list.

Note: If you are unsure which configuration your group is assigned to, please refer to your Semester Home Page. If your organization has disabled the exam requirement, your course completion will be updated based on your lesson progress and engagement.
