Overview
Kubicle is committed to providing comprehensive metrics and tools to administrators for an effective overview of semester progress and learner status. This document outlines the existing framework for understanding learner engagement and introduces an important update to the learner status indicators, aiming to enhance clarity and support for learners.
Semester Progress
Kubicle offers detailed insights into the progress of learners throughout their semester, with considerations for exams and lesson completions.
If Exams are Required
-
Semester Progress is a combination of lesson and exam completions:
-
80% for all lessons completed.
-
20% for exam completion.
-
Example: A learner is considered 80% complete after finishing all lessons, 90% after passing one exam, and fully complete after passing both required exams.
-
If Exams are not Required
-
Semester Progress depends solely on lesson completion across all courses:
-
Progress is evenly divided among all courses, regardless of lesson count.
-
Example: Completing half of the lessons in two out of four courses equals 25% semester progress.
-
