Updating Your Account Email Address
Whether you’ve changed your name, moved departments, or your company has updated its domain, keeping your email address current ensures you never lose access to your learning progress and certificates.
Depending on whether you can still log in, there are two ways to handle this:
Option 1: You still have access to your account
If you can currently log in with your old credentials, you can update your information in seconds:

Log in to your Kubicle account.

Click on the Settings icon (the gear symbol) in the navigation menu.

Locate the Email field and enter your new address.

Save your changes.
Option 2: You can no longer log in
If you have already lost access to your old email inbox and cannot log in to the platform, our team is happy to help you regain access.

What to include: Please provide your old email address and the new email address you would like to use.

Verification: Our support team may ask a few quick questions to verify your identity before making the switch.
Note on Licensing: Updating your email address will not require a new license. As long as your current license is still active, your account—along with all your course progress and achievements—will simply transfer to the new email.
