Why am I still receiving Skill Check reminders?
The Short Answer: Completing one Skill Check doesn’t necessarily clear your entire "to-do" list. Reminders are triggered at the module level, not for the entire semester. If your queue contains additional required modules, the platform will continue to send nudges until those specific assessments are finished.
Common Reasons for Continued Reminders

Additional Required Modules: Most semesters contain multiple modules. Completing the Skill Check for Module A will not satisfy the requirement for Module B.

Optional vs. Mandatory: If you completed a Skill Check for an optional module, the system will still send reminders for the next mandatory one.

Sequential Logic: Our automated reminders look for the next "incomplete" required module in your path. They stop only when all the Skill Checks have been completed for all the mandatory modules in your semester
Example: You finish the Skill Check for "Introduction to Data Literacy" (Optional). The system immediately looks ahead and sees "Thinking and Communicating with Data" (Required) is still untouched, triggering a new reminder.
How the Logic Works

Triggers: Emails are prompted by specific module requirements.

Independence: Completing one skill check does not "roll over" to mark others as complete.

Overrides: Optional modules never override the mandatory requirements of subsequent modules.

If you are certain you have completed all mandatory Skill Checks for your current semester but are still receiving emails, it may be a specific setting applied by your administrator.
