Why has my Learning Path or Semester changed?
If you notice that a previously visible learning path has disappeared or your My Semesters view looks different, it is usually because you have been moved to a new Learning Group.
Why your view has changed
When you move to a new learning group your dashboard updates to reflect the specific curriculum and goals of that group.

A New Experience: Moving groups means your My Semesters screen may change to include entirely new pathways or a different learning experience altogether.

Defined by Leadership: These changes and requirements are determined by your Kubicle admin and learning lead to ensure your training stays relevant to your current role or objectives.

Increased Flexibility: If you have been moved to an "Independent" group, you often have more freedom to define your own learning journey rather than following a fixed track.
What should I do?

Explore the "My Semesters" View: Take a moment to look through the new pathways assigned to you; they likely contain updated or more relevant material for your current focus.

Confirm Your Path: If you are unsure which specific training you should be prioritizing, we recommend reaching out to your learning lead for guidance.
Note: Transitions between groups are handled by your organization's administrators. If you believe you’ve been moved to a different group in error, please contact your internal Kubicle admin.
