Your Company Uses or Used Kubicle & You Need a License (or Reactivate Your Access)

How access works

Your organisation decides who gets a Kubicle licence. Access is usually granted by your organisation's Kubicle administrator, often someone in Learning and Development or HR.

1. Check for an invitation

Most organisations invite learners by email. Search your inbox (and your spam or junk folder) for an email from Kubicle. Accept the invitation, then either set a password or sign in with your work profile if your organisation uses single sign-on. The steps are in Logging in to Kubicle (Passwords & SSO).

2. Use your organisation's sign-up route

Some organisations give access through a sign-up link or a short request form instead of an invitation. If your organisation has shared one, use it.

3. Ask your administrator

If you know who manages Kubicle at your organisation, contact them directly to ask for a licence.

4. Not sure who to ask?

Email support@kubicle.com. We will pass your request to your organisation's Kubicle administrator, who can approve it. Once they do, an invitation will arrive in your inbox.
